This was absolutely empowering to read. This has always been my idea of my body, especially growing up in a time when many women's right are already given to me, that many of my ancestors had to struggle to receive. I would really love to see someone who fought for women's rights from the past read this. What would they think? What would they feel? Would they feel relieved? Excited? Disappointed?
ReplyDeleteI think we need to find a few and ask them. :)
ReplyDeleteThat was a very well done video. Very passionate - I loved the emotion in the woman's voices.
ReplyDeleteWow. I am speechless. I have chills. I am moved.
ReplyDeleteThat was SO powerful.
And as we discussed this morning, the different forms used to convey the idea are very well thought out, displayed, and arranged- and definitely contributed to the impact it had.
